Cookie Policy

We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies.
Strictly-necessary cookies (client portal only)
These are only set when you use the client portal at /portal, and they're required for it to work:
- acta_session — keeps you signed in after you enter your one-time code. Signed, HttpOnly, ~30 days.
- acta_otp — temporarily holds the (hashed) one-time login code during sign-in. HttpOnly, ~10 minutes.
No equivalent cookies are set just for browsing the public website.
Third-party cookies
- Cloudflare Turnstile — our contact form and portal sign-in use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly bot check, which may set a strictly-necessary cookie to tell humans from bots. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
- meetergo — if you open the booking calendar, meetergo (our EU scheduling provider) may set cookies needed to run that embedded booking widget.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking the strictly-necessary cookies above will stop the client portal from working. Because we use only strictly-necessary cookies plus a security widget, the site does not show an advertising/consent banner.
